For marketing leads at consumer, health and app brands that already pay creators
Use influencers more effectively and scale your influencer program, on YouTube
We have a four-step system including influencer affiliates, celebrity endorsements, influencer Discord groups and PR boxes to reduce CAC, increase revenue and increase the valuation of your business.

A free audit of the YouTube channels your buyers watch
We go through the 98,035 sponsored YouTube videos in our data for your category, so you can see who to book next before you pay anyone.
The channels your buyers watch
Channels whose viewers would really want your product and can afford it. Some of them will have nothing to do with what you sell.
Where your competitors went back
Which channels your rivals sponsor, how many videos each one got, and which ones they tried once and dropped.
How your current YouTubers compare
If you already sponsor channels, how often other brands book them again, and whether they've read ads for your rivals.

- 1
Choose a time
Pick a slot on the calendar and tell us, in short, what outcome you'd like to achieve.
- 2
Get the audit first
We'll send you over all the info before we meet, so you've already seen the channels when we talk.
- 3
Look at it together
Then we'll review them together, and you choose which channels to test first.

We're small, so no sales team. You'll talk to Alice or Dennis.
Who we work with
We work with brands that sell online and want creators talking about their product inside full length YouTube videos. On your side, that's usually the head of marketing, the CMO or the founder.

What you get from sponsoring YouTube videos
Creators your buyers already watch talk through your product on camera, in videos that stay up, and every sale is tied back to the creator who brought it.
Our own count of sponsored YouTube videos, as of 2026-10-30.
Channels picked on who's watching
AG1's most booked channel in our data is Vice Grip Garage, which fixes old cars, and Zocdoc's is Philip DeFranco, a news show. We start from the viewers, then look at the topic.
The same channels, read after read
LMNT has 503 sponsored videos from 115 creators, and Zenni Optical has 278 from 14. When viewers see you again and again, they believe the creator really likes your product.
Reads that people sit through
We put the problem, the common doubts and a downside into the brief, so the creator talks like themselves and viewers have less reason to skip.
Your best videos run as ads too
After testing, we get the rights to run the top ones as Meta and TikTok ads from the creator's own account. Same ad, different sender, so it gets more trust and more clicks.
Working with us, step by step
-
1
We learn the product
We learn your value propositions and how you want the product framed, then study your competitors' sponsored videos: which ones performed well, which fell flat.
-
2
We match your buyer to channels
We confirm where you sell and ship, then map your audience against creator data, one channel at a time.
-
3
We check how long their videos last
We look at how many of a channel's titles would still matter a year from now, because those are the videos that keep picking up views.
-
4
You approve the list
We show you a set of creators and the brands each one has worked with. After you approve them, you get a finalized roster and a plan for the first three months.
-
5
We brief and review each read
Every brief has problem statements, opening lines the creator can pick from and the doubts to answer. We review every single ad before it goes live.
-
6
We track, cut and book again
Every creator gets a coupon code or tracking link before anything goes live. After the first three months, we keep the ones that sell and run their best videos as ads.
Why YouTube sponsorships often stay a small test
Influencer marketing gets roughly 2.5 to 3% of the marketing budget (eMarketer), even though YouTube is usually the best platform for conversions.
How a YouTube sponsorship usually goes wrong
- One read on one channel, so viewers hear your name once and forget it.
- A channel picked for its subscriber count, with viewers who don't match your buyer.
- A brief with no problem or doubts in it, so the creator sounds scripted and people skip ahead.
- A code in the description and no read on camera, so the creator never says why they like the product.
Why work with us
We count what brands book
98,035 sponsored videos on 9,300 YouTube channels with 250,000 subscribers or more, so we can see who brands go back to.
We keep testing
Each month we cut two or three weak creators and keep the strong ones.
We don't just run a regular campaign on retainer. We put together whatever matches the number you want to hit, like a lower cost to win each customer.
YouTube is usually the best for conversions, and we work with every platform, so Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn are there when your product needs them.
Over the last year, we've worked across 55+ brands, and helped companies 2-3x their Black Friday launches.
A division of Influencer Advisory
YouTube Influencer Marketing Agency is the YouTube division of Influencer Advisory, the influencer marketing agency Alice and Dennis run in Toronto, Canada. You talk to one of them, and the system is set up around sponsoring YouTube videos.
Questions brands ask us
What does a YouTube influencer marketing agency do?
We find the YouTube creators your buyers watch, negotiate the deals, write the briefs, review every read before it goes live and track what each creator sells. You approve the creators and the first video, and we run the rest.
Which companies sponsor YouTubers the most?
In our data, 16,468 brands have sponsored YouTube channels. Leaving out betting apps, AG1 leads with 967 sponsored videos, then Factor with 895, Quince with 833 and SeatGeek with 796. We list the biggest by what they sell in this guide.
How much does it cost to sponsor a YouTube video?
It depends on the channel's normal views, how long the read is and whether you want the rights to run it as an ad, so we quote per creator once we know your product and goals. We negotiate every deal hard, and in a lot of cases we land a rate low enough that the savings alone offset our fee.
Do sponsored YouTube videos keep getting views?
Almost all of them do, but most of the gain comes early. We read the views on the same videos twice and the numbers are here, along with which kinds of videos keep growing.
